Our Approach

The Just Yoga Studio promotes health for both the body and mind, through the structured teaching of Iyengar yoga.

Through regular classes the participants can develop strength and flexibility in both their body and minds. With time participants gather an understanding of yoga that will lead them to a regular home practice.

A regular practice of Iyengar yoga can help to relieve back and neck pain, as well as assist all the body’s organs to function well including improving the digestive and circulatory systems.

The approach promted by the Iyengar method of teaching asanas, or postures, can be used to relieve stress and fatigue and promote the conditions that will encourage relaxation.
